COMMISSIONs

I. General.
Commercial rights for any of my art is a flat price of $150 usd.Commissioner can re-upload the image with credits given to myself.Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.BY ORDERING ANY NSFW/18+ ART YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU ARE 18 OR OLDER.
MY WORK CANNOT BE USED FOR AI GENERATORS OR NFTs.II. Payment & Fees.
Payment is due in full upfront.Payment is done through VGEN. USD.III. Other Things.
Commissions usually take 2-6 weeks, however, full color illustrations/character designs can sometimes take more time.

ADOPTABLES

I. GeneralHolding is for ONE adopt up to 3-4 days.Payment is via Paypal Invoices.If payment isn't received within 5 hours after I respond to the purchase claim the adopt will be put up for sale again.II. Reselling/Trading/GiftingYou may not resell the adopt for more than what you paid unless it comes with extra art you commissioned.Trading is allowed.Gifting is allowed.III. Ownership*I retain all legal rights to my designs. For this reason, my adopts are for non-commercial use only unless you purchase separate commercial use authorization from me. ($150)Once you buy the adopt it's yours to use as you please for non-commercial purposes.You may not claim to be the creator of the design, only the owner of the character.You must credit me as the creator of the design.IV. Editing
You are free to make minor edits to your adopt as you please as long as the adopt is still recognizable.
i.e: Gender,Hair color/length, eye color, skin color, clothes, etc.
